MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL LIQUIDS
USES: Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or druing pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as driected.
Food may affect the absorption of certain vtiamin products. Consult your pharmacist.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cuase mild nausea or unpleasant taste.
Cnosult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Be sure your doctor is informed of your medical history, especially of any drug allergies. Accidental overdose of that product may be dangerous. If overdose occurs, contact your doctor or local poison control center immediately for advice.
Tell your doctor if you're pregnant before using that medication. Some of the ingredients in that product may be excreted into breast milk.
Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor if you take any other prescription or nonprsecription medication. Do not start or stop any medicine without docotr or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediaetly. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry sotols.
NOTES: There are many vitamin supplement products avialable. Some can be purchased without a prescirption. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a prodcut best for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usaul dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at cool room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
Do not store in the bathroom. Some products may require refrigeration. See package for exact stoarge directions.
